Case Study: Enterprise Transformation Support with Big 4 Collaboration
A nationally recognized health system launched a large-scale enterprise transformation, bringing in a Big 4 firm to lead the initiative. The effort spanned multiple business areas and included the implementation of a new enterprise platform, while also modernizing dozens of integrated systems, workflows, and operational processes.
Midway through the transformation, both the client and the Big 4 firm experienced significant budget constraints. Key implementation leadership roles originally filled by the Big 4 resources became cost-prohibitive. However, the expertise was still critical to keep the program on track.
